Q：What is the Cheese Beta Testing Program?
A：The Cheese Beta Testing Program lets users be the first to try out pre-release iOS Applications and the Cheese Debit Card. The feedback you provide on quality and usability helps us identify issues, fix them, and make our products even better. Please note that since the public beta software has not yet been commercially released by Cheese, it may contain errors or inaccuracies and may not function as well as publicly released software.
Q: Who can participate?
A: The Cheese Beta App is open to anyone with a workable iOS device using 13.0 or later, first come, first serve. However, the Cheese Debit Card is only available to U.S. residents 18 years or older with a valid SSN and U.S. residential address.
Q: What information do I need to provide for the Cheese Beta Testing Program?
To get invited, you will need to provide your email address. Then you will receive an invitation to download the Cheese iOS Beta.
When applying for the Cheese Debit Card, Cheese will need your name, valid U.S. residential address, phone number, email, SSN, and date of birth. The application will not affect your credit score.
Q: Why do I need to install TestFlight to test Cheese Beta?
TestFlight makes it easy for us to invite users to test our apps and app clip experiences and collect valuable feedback before releasing the apps on the App Store. Since the Cheese App hasn't commercially launched yet, as many other beta testing programs do, we use TestFlight to do our Beta Testing.
Q: Can I share this beta?
A: You’re welcomed to share this link with your friends and family. However, we have limited capacity following the rule of first-come, first-serve.
Q: How do I provide my feedback to Cheese?
A：Within the Cheese App, you can submit your feedback at the bottom of the home page .
You can also share your thoughts within our invite-only Facebook Page (EN) or WeChat Group (CH) which you will be invited to soon after you download the beta.
Also, we will send you a short survey with $5 to collect your feedback, and you can sign up for an optional 1-on-1 user interview later with another $20.
Q: Do I have to pay a fee to join the Beta Testing program or pay for the Cheese App?
No. Both the program and the App are free.
Q: What kind of compensation do I receive for testing?
A: This program is voluntary, but we do provide a few awards for users that have outstanding contributions.
